Diabetes Scholars is for those who have been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The applicant must be currently enrolled in high school as a graduating senior or home-schooled as a senior rising to freshman in college in the Fall of 2023 or Spring of 2024. Applicants must be US citizens and permanent residents. Students from all degrees are eligible to apply. Applicants may submit an essay response or a video response to the required questions.
