1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Elizabeth Garde National Scholarship will be awarded to a post high school student or graduate student seeking a degree in nursing or other medical profession. Applicants must be a Danish Sisterhood member or the child of a Danish Sisterhood member in good standing for a minimum of one year prior to the application deadline. A person can only receive this award once. For an applicant that has been out of high school more than five years, they must submit any information that would be important as to their goal for further education. They must include information relating to classes, seminars, activities, etc. that would be beneficial in judging their scholarship application. Two, no more than three, letters of character reference are required. For those who are employed, one must be from their employer and include the average number of hours worked per week by the applicant.
