The Virginia DAR Nursing Scholarship will be awarded to a student in a senior class of an accredited Virginia high school or home school program. They must plan to continue their education at an accredited school of nursing. Students applying to a community college transition program leading to a four-year degree in nursing may also apply. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or guidance counselor. All required forms, transcripts and letters must be received in one envelope.
