1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Hiroshi and Barbara Kim Yamashita HEA Scholarship has been established for an education major, intending to teach in a Hawaii public school, elementary or secondary level. A payment will be sent each semester to the credit of the recipient at the institution enrolled. Three recommendations are required, two from college instructors, and one from a club advisor or employer or a community leader. Applicants should provide each person with the Recommendation Form. There are separate forms for the application and the recommendation, and they may be submitted online or through email.
