1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to students enrolled at a college or university pursuing a degree to support a career in real estate transactional activity such as Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, Commercial Real Estate, and other real estate professions. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college or university in a minimum of 6 units, including 1 real estate or real estate-related course. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 12 college level course units within the last 4 years and have also completed at least 2 Real Estate or Real Estate related courses. Applicants must be interviewed by the Scholarship Foundation Trustee. Applicants must submit e-Letters of Recommendation; one letter must be from a faculty member on school letterhead and one letter must be from a realtor. It is optional but students may submit their proof of enrollment and unofficial e-Transcripts from universities or colleges they have attended over 4 years ago.
