The Randy Williams Scholarship will be awarded to students who have resided in San Diego County, California for at least one year. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors who have participated in high school and/or club competitive swimming programs and plan to attend an accredited university, community college or licensed career/technical school in the United States in fall.
