1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Randy Williams Scholarship will be awarded to students who are graduating high school seniors who have participated in high school and/or club competitive swimming programs and plan to attend an accredited four-year university, community college or licensed career/technical school in the United States in fall. Students must have resided in San Diego County for at least one year. A letter of recommendation from the student's swim coach is required.
