1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Raymond W. Miller, PE Scholarship will be awarded to a student in an ABET-accredited engineering program. Expected graduation will be at least 2 semesters from the date of application. Applicants must submit a recommendation by an engineering faculty member. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents (green card holders). If the student is attending an out-of-state program, at least one parent must be a registered FES member for at least a minimum of one year. Applications must be submitted to the applicant's Chapter Representative. University applicants must submit the application to the representative in the county corresponding to their permanent residence. For students considered dependents of their parents for income tax purposes, they must submit in the county corresponding to their parents' residence. For students not considered dependents of their parents for income tax purposes, they must submit in the county corresponding to their residence at the time of application.
