1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Bill & Jacqueline Younger Volunteer Scholarship acknowledges outstanding student volunteer participation with Miller-Keystone Blood Center. Presented to a graduating high school senior, this award recognizes the importance of student volunteerism to the health and welfare of our community. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 135 hours of volunteer service with Miller-Keystone Blood Center in no less than a cumulative two calendar year period. The student must be a member in good standing at their high school. The student must be recommended to receive this scholarship by the school principal or guidance office.
