1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Each year ASCGWA awards merit-based scholarships to high school graduating seniors, college students, and military spouses living in the National Capital Region. For children of ASCGWA members, who are currently attending a post-secondary institution in a degree program and may be eligible for an ASCGWA Scholarship, they must be college students planning to continue to attend such post-secondary institutions as full-time students for the 2023-2024 school year. High school seniors must be planning to attend a post-secondary institution in a degree program as full-time students for the 2023-2024 school year. For ASCGWA members and/or spouses of ASCGWA members, they must attend or plan to attend an undergraduate or graduate program, either full-time or part-time. The applicant or the applicant's parent or the applicant's spouse must be an active member of ASCGWA prior to November 30, 2022, before the application is submitted.
