1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
In 1964, the Alaska Society of CPAs established the Paul Hagelbarger Memorial Fund in honor of one of its members. Paul Hagelbarger was the first elected President of the AKCPA and served for two consecutive terms. The primary objective of the Fund is to provide financial support to promote accounting education for the practice of public accounting in the State of Alaska. The scholarships are open to all students who major in accounting. Applicants must submit a letter or resume that includes the following: school activities, honors, awards, accomplishments, employment highlights, and any other important information.
