The USBC Chuck Hall Star of Tomorrow Scholarship annually recognizes star qualities in a male student who competes in the sport of bowling. Star qualities include distinguished certified bowling performance on the local, regional, state and national levels, academic achievement and extracurricular and civic involvement. The award winner receives a scholarship and an expenses-paid trip for the winner and a parent or guardian to attend the awards ceremony, which is held in conjunction with the USBC Annual Convention. Candidates may be a high school junior or senior, or a college student. They must submit two letters of recommendation. USBC scholarships are open to all USBC members who have not reached their 20th birthday prior to August 1 of the current bowling season.
