1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Hans Kaunitz Award recognizes students conducting research related to fats, oils and detergent technology. Applicants must be graduate students attending a university within the United States who have been actively involved in research dealing with fats, oils, proteins, surfactants and related materials, with a high aptitude for research; and have not previously received the Hans Kaunitz Award. Applicants must submit a letter of support from their major advisor; the Major Advisor Ranking Form prepared by the major advisor; at least one letter of recommendation from an individual familiar with their accomplishments; a detailed curriculum vitae which includes education, work and training experiences, awards, and a full list of publications and scientific or technical meeting presentations; and the abstract submitted for the current year's AOCS Annual Meeting.
