1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Kevin Child Scholarship is awarded to an exceptional student in memory of Kevin Child. Applicants must be individuals diagnosed with either hemophilia A or B. They must also either be a high school senior with aspirations of attending an institute of higher education, or a college student already pursuing a post-secondary education. The recipient is selected based upon the applicant's academic performance, participation in school or community activities and a personal essay detailing their educational and future career goals. One signed Letter of Recommendation from an individual who is familiar with the applicant's personal and/or academic achievements is required.
