1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Mortar Board National Foundation Fellowship is generously funded by the Mortar Board National Foundation. Mortar Board members of any age may apply for a fellowship for post-baccalaureate degrees in any field. Past recipients are ineligible. Those who have already begun their graduate degree program may also apply, provided they have not previously received a Mortar Board Fellowship, will be continuing graduate studies in the next academic year, and otherwise meet all eligibility criteria. Those who plan to pursue their post-baccalaureate studies outside of the United States are also eligible to apply. The Mortar Board Fellowship Selection Committee considers the applicants' academic record, faculty recommendations, goals and objectives, and contribution and commitment to Mortar Board. The fellowship is for one academic year. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation from faculty or other persons who can speak with authority about their ability to do graduate work in their chosen field and about their personal qualities and achievement. It would be helpful if one of the recommenders could write about the applicant's out-of-classroom experiences related to their degree objective and to their leadership and service on campus and in the community. Please visit the fellowship's website or contact the Mortar Board National Foundation for more information.
