1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Hunt Postdoctoral Fellowships will be awarded to recent PhDs in anthropology and related fields who frequently lack the time and resources to publish their work, but their research is often the source of the discipline's most exciting new ideas. This program supports emerging scholars whose work has the potential to transform our understanding of what it means to be human. There is no preference for any methodology, research location, or subfield. Applicants can apply regardless of institutional affiliation, country of residence, or nationality. Independent scholars are encouraged to apply. A Hunt Postdoctoral Fellowship provides a stipend for 9 months of full-time writing. Wenner-Gren awards do not include funds to cover institutional overhead or any fees related to the administration of our grants and fellowships. Aside from the required materials, applicants must also answer four questions about their project. Applicants must not submit permits and permissions required for the proposed project with the application. Those documents will be requested together with the notification of the award. Please visit the award's website or contact the Wenner-Gren Foundation for Anthropological Research for more information.
