The CEPA PAPA Scholarship & Safety Foundation Academic Scholarship is open to all Chicago Executive Pilots Association members. Please be sure to include your CEPA membership number on the Official Application. Applicants must be a student at an institution of higher education in any professional aviation program (flight, management, maintenance, avionics, etc.) and have completed their first year of studies. One letter of recommendation from the applicant's student advisor and one letter of recommendation from an individual outside of aviation who can attest to the applicant's character (and not a member of your family) must be submitted.
