1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Arne Engebretsen Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the man who dedicated his entire teaching career to improving the quality of mathematics education in the state of Wisconsin, the country and the world. The scholarship will be awarded to a Wisconsin high school senior who plans to attend a college or university majoring in mathematics education or having a mathematics concentration at the elementary or middle level. Applicants must submit an official letter of support from a mathematics instructor, preferably one who is a member of the Wisconsin Mathematics Council.
