1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Battery Division Student Research Award was established in 1979 to recognize promising young engineers and scientists in the field of electrochemical power sources. The award is intended to encourage recipients to initiate or continue careers in the field. Current membership in The Electrochemical Society and the ECS Battery Division are required. Applicants must be enrolled in college or university at the nomination deadline. Recipients cannot receive a second ECS award or grant in the same year. A research supervisor letter of recommendation is required. Up to five letters of support may be submitted.
