The Acoustical Society of America announces the availability of the Raymond H. Stetson Scholarship in Phonetics and Speech Science for graduate study and research in scientific areas related to the field of phonetics and speech production. Applicants shall demonstrate evidence of good academic standing in a graduate degree program during the entire scholarship term. Research areas to be supported, in preferential order, are Motor speech production, Phonetics, and Bio-developmental factors in speech. The completed application form, copies of transcripts of university graduate study, a personal statement, a current curriculum vitae, and a research paper should be submitted in one complete PDF document. Two letters of recommendation from knowledgeable faculty who can speak to the applicant's personal promise and research must be submitted separately.
