The Eunice J. H. Parker Scholarship Award will be awarded to encourage and support Black students in the attainment of graduate or postgraduate degrees in library and/or information studies. Applicants must submit their letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment in an accredited library school; addresses and phone numbers of at least two references; and an essay.
