1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Van Dusen-Kaiser-Laboon Scholarship is awarded in even-numbered years. Applicants must be pursuing graduate studies leading to a career as an elementary school or children's librarian at a Texas ALA accredited, or Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) library education program. They must have attained at least a B average during the last two years of a baccalaureate degree program. Letters of recommendation from your employer or professor are required.
