The Ray C. Janeway Scholarship will be awarded to students who have attained at least a B average during the last two years of a baccalaureate program. They must have been accepted as a graduate student at a Texas ALA-accredited, or Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) library education program.
