The Ray C. Janeway Scholarship will be awarded to those who attained at least a B average during the last two years of a baccalaureate program. Applicants must be accepted as a graduate student at a Texas ALA-accredited, or Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) library education program.
