1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The National Asphalt Pavement Association Research and Education Foundation Scholarship Program is open to undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled in a full-time civil engineering, construction management, or construction engineering curriculum at an accredited four-year college or university or two-year technical institution. Recipients for this award will be selected based on the student's past academic performance and future potential, leadership and participation in school and community activities, work experiences, statement of career and educational aspirations and goals, unusual personal or family circumstances, and outside appraisal.
