The Ruby Newhall Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students who must be from a foreign country, pursuing a degree in the United States or Canada. The field of study must be of a nature that improves the quality of life for the community in their home country. Graduate and doctoral students may apply. Students must remain a full-time student for the duration of the scholarship. Awards are based on community service, financial need, academic success, and application contents. Two letters of recommendation dated within 12 months from teachers, professors, faculty advisors or employers must be submitted. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
