1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Richard S. Smith Scholarship is designated for racial/ethnic minority youth in the United States only. Applicants must be United Methodist youth who have been active in their local church for at least one year prior to application. They must be entering their first year of undergraduate studies and must be pursuing a church-related" career. Applicants must have maintained at least a "C" average (2.5 GPA) throughout high school.
