1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Oregon Council #75 Scholarship will be awarded to eligible members of Oregon AFSCME Council #75 and their dependents, grandchildren, and spouses. Qualifying members must have been active in the Oregon Council for more than one year as of the scholarship deadline or have been a member for more than one year preceding the date of layoff, death, disability, or retirement. Part-time enrollment will be considered for active members, their spouses (or life partners), or laid-off members. All other awardees must be enrolled full time. Financial need is not a requirement, but it will be considered; FAFSA filing is required. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. OSAC receives FAFSA records automatically for Oregon residents only. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must upload the Page 1 only of your FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
