Eligible applicants must demonstrate a connection to Oregon Council #75 through active membership or qualifying status. Awards are renewable and may consider financial need. The program encourages civic engagement and labor advocacy, with applicants required to submit a brief essay on the role of political organizing and contract bargaining in advancing workers' rights. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
