The Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program is to provide financial assistance to students attending approved private career schools in Maryland. Students must complete and file the FAFSA by March 1 for priority consideration or before June 1, 2024 for final consideration. Applicants must apply to the financial aid office of the private career school they will attend. This application has a rolling deadline. All majors are eligible. Applicants and their parents (if they are a dependent student) must be Maryland residents. They must enroll for at least 18 clock hours per week.
