1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Mike and Gail Donley Spouse Scholarships provides a scholarship annually to encourage Air Force or Space Force spouses worldwide to pursue higher education. The applicant must be a spouse of Air Force Active Duty, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, Space Force, or Department of the Air Force Civilian employee to be eligible. Spouses who are themselves Air or Space Force personnel, or in ROTC, are not eligible. If you are not currently enrolled, then in addition to an official transcript, include a letter from your college or university that confirms your intent to carry the required hours next semester. If you have no prior college or university course work, include proof of acceptance to an accredited college or university. A letter of recommendation should be character references and descriptions of your performance and potential as a student, employee or volunteer. The letter may be from a professor, employer, or volunteer organization. Recipients must provide AFA with a W-9 form in order to receive their award.
