The Rhode Island Commission on Women/Freda H. Goldman Education Award will be awarded to college-level or certificate-level students who are pursuing education or job training beyond high school. Preference will be given to highly motivated, self-supporting, low-income women completing their first undergraduate degree or certificate program. Past recipients are eligible to reapply.
