The A. Victor Rosenfeld Scholarship will be awarded to dependents of eligible employees of Calbag Metals. Eligible employees must have been employed by Calbag Metals for three or more years as of the scholarship deadline. Students may attend any public or private, nonprofit, Title IV, postsecondary school in the United States. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
