1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Harry Ludwig Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to visually impaired Oregon residents planning to enroll in undergraduate or graduate studies. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. Applicants must submit a letter from a physician documenting one or more of the following criteria: (a) residual acuity of 20/70 or less in the better eye with correction or (b) visual field restricted to 20 degrees or less in the better eye. Do not submit just your eyeglass or contacts prescription without a letter from your eye doctor explaining if you meet one of the two criteria. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
