1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Charles & Annette Hill Scholarship will be used by the American Legion for the purpose of assisting, financially, in the education of needy and worthy children of American Legion Members of the Department of Kansas. Consideration should be given to those applicants desiring to engage in the Fields of Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. The applicant must be a descendant of a veteran who has been a member of The Kansas American Legion for the past three years. The descendents of deceased members in either organization are also eligible if the veteran's dues were paid-up at time of death. Three letters of recommendation are required, one must be from a teacher. Applications must be received in the American Legion Department of Kansas headquarters.
