1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The WI-HEAB Hearing/Visually Impaired Student Grant is open to students enrolled at in-state or eligible out-of-state public or independent institutions who show financial need and have a severe or profound hearing or visual impairment. First-time applicants must have the degree of hearing or visual impairment certified by a physician or audiologist.
