The Memorial Education Scholarship for Graduate Studies will be awarded to those who are maintaining legal residence in Massachusetts for a minimum of 5 years. A letter of reference from the student's college department chair or recent employer; and a copy of the student's Massachusetts Driver's License or Massachusetts Identification Card must be submitted.
