The Robert D. Forster Scholarship will be awarded to the dependents of eligible employees of Walsh Construction Company. Eligible employees must have been employed by Walsh Construction for more than three years (more than 1,000 hours each year) as of the scholarship deadline. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. OSAC receives FAFSA records automatically for Oregon residents only. If you are not an Oregon resident, you must upload only the Page 1 of your FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary from your FAFSA) to be considered for this scholarship. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
