1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The AOCS Foundation Honored Student Awards encourages and recognizes graduate students doing research in one of the areas represented by AOCS Divisions. Applicants must be current graduate students who have not begun a career in their chosen field by May 1 of the presentation year; whose research is comprised of fats, oils, and related fields; and who have never received the Honored Student Award. Applicants must submit a letter of support from their major advisor; the Major Advisor Ranking Form prepared by the major advisor; at least one letter of recommendation from an individual familiar with their accomplishments; a detailed curriculum vitae which includes education, work and training experiences, awards, and a full list of publications and scientific or technical meeting presentations; and an abstract submitted for the current year's AOCS Annual Meeting.
