1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
In 1987, GFOA's Executive Board voted to create the Frank L. Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship to recognize outstanding performance in accounting studies and to encourage careers in state and local government. Applicants must be graduate or upper level undergraduate students. Two letters of recommendation from someone who can speak to the applicant's commitment to the public sector must be submitted.
