1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Clinton E. Phillips Scholarship will be awarded to those who are enrolled in an approved or accredited program leading to a degree which meets the requirements of Sections 4980.37, 4980.40, and 4980.41 of the Business and professions code; or pursuing an advanced degree or certification beyond the qualifying degree for the license. They must be in good academic standing and have demonstrated a high degree of academic achievement; participate actively in community and civic events; and have demonstrated a commitment to the profession of marriage and family therapy; membership in CAMFT is one indicator of commitment. Applicants must not apply for this award if they are completing their degree or certification before April 1, 2025.
