The Dr. Margaret McWilliams Pre-Doctoral Fellowship will be awarded to a student who has completed at least one calendar year in a full-time doctoral program and is enrolled in full-time studies in Canada or abroad at the time of application. Applicants are required to have two referees complete the Referee Assessment forms. At least one of these assessments must be completed by an academic reference. The second assessment can be either from an academic reference or from a person familiar with the applicant's personal history.
