1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Candidates for this award shall be a Junior member of the American Legion Auxiliary. The Junior member must have held membership in the American Legion Auxiliary for the past three years and must hold a Junior membership card for the current year. Applicants must be in their senior year of an accredited high school. Participation in this scholarship program shall be on a voluntary basis in all Units. No Unit may enter more than one candidate in the Department competition.
