1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Tom and Judith Comstock Scholarship will be awarded to students with active Amateur Radio License Class. The applicant must be holding an amateur radio license for at least one year. Any field of study at any institution is eligible. Applicants must be a high school senior accepted at a 2 or 4-year college or a student currently enrolled at a 2 or 4-year college. Transcripts must cover the student's entire high school career to date and, if in college, must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
