1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Harry S. Truman Library Institute Scholar's Award will be given to post-doctoral scholars engaged in work on some aspect of the life and career of Harry S. Truman or of the public and foreign policy issues which were prominent during the Truman years. The awarding of the Scholar's Award is contingent upon the receipt of underwriting support and of strong proposals from applicants. An applicant's work should be based in part on extensive research at the Truman Library and be intended to result in the publication of a book-length manuscript. An individual may receive a Scholar's Award only once. Two letters of reference from persons familiar with the applicant's scholarly work are required.
