With the New York State Part-time Scholarship, students attending a SUNY or CUNY community college can receive an award that covers up to the cost of six credit hours per term. Applicants must be taking six to eleven credits per semester and pursuing an undergraduate degree at a SUNY or CUNY Community college. Applicants must also have been a resident of New York State and have resided in NYS for 12 continuous months prior to enrolling or qualified under NYS-DREAM Act.
