The Louis Agassiz Fuertes Grants is the Wilson Society's most prestigious award. This grant is available to all ornithologists, although graduate students and young professionals are preferred. Any avian research is eligible. To be eligible to receive an award, applicants must be members of the Wilson Ornithological Society. The following must be included in the Research Proposal: Title, Abstract, Research Methodology, Budget, Literature Cited, and Figures and tables.
