The Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship is for high school seniors attending an accredited institution in an undergraduate program. Applicants must have an unweighted cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and a combined score of at least 1290 on the SAT or the equivalent score on the ACT. This scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Delaware Higher Education Office for more information.
