1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The American Legion Auxiliary Department of Michigan Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students who must be a descendant of a veteran. Applicants must reside in the State of Michigan at the time of application and for one year preceding the date of the award. Applicants must be going into, or in their senior year of high school, or freshman or sophomore year of college at any school, college, or other educational institution. The scholarship grant is for one year, but recipients may reapply for one additional year. Two letters of recommendation from the principal or counselor of the school, clergyman, professor, or person knowing the applicant's character must be submitted.
