1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Maria C. Jackson/General George A. White Scholarship is open to applicants who served, or whose parents serve or have served, in the U.S. armed forces and resided in Oregon at time of enlistment. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.75 or higher. However, there is no GPA requirement for graduate-level students and students attending a technical school. Students may apply-compete annually as this scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 years. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives are not eligible. February 18 is the Early Bird deadline and March 3 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
