1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Pennsylvania State Grant Program is open to high school graduates as stipulated in the PA State Grant law who attend a postsecondary school approved by PHEAA for PA State Grant purposes. Applicants must be enrolled at an institution that is not headquartered and domiciled in Pennsylvania and must be enrolled in a program of study where at least 50 percent of the total credit or clock hours needed for completion of the program are earned through classroom instruction: 1. The program itself must be structured to allow students to complete at least 50 percent of their credits or clock hours in the classroom. 2. The enrollment pattern by term must also consist of at least 50 percent classroom instruction (unless the student has a medical disability (PDF)).
