The Frank D. Stella Scholarship will be awarded to an outstanding student majoring in business or a business-related field. Applicants must have an active NIAF Membership. Students may use their parent, guardian or grandparent's membership. Applicants must have Italian American ancestry. To be considered Italian American, the student must have at least one ancestor who has immigrated from Italy.
