1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
Dolphin Scholarship Foundation grants are available, on a competitive basis, to high school or college children/stepchildren and spouses of members or former members of the submarine force or those who have served in submarine support activities. Applicant eligibility includes: Be a dependent of a current member or former member of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force. Be a high school senior or be currently enrolled as a student in a college or an accredited vocational or technical institute. Be unmarried and under the age of 24 at the time of the application deadline, March 15. Intend to or be enrolled as a full-time student working toward an Associate's or Baccalaureate degree at a two or four year accredited university or college, or be working toward vocational/technical certification at an accredited institute.
